Shift: Daytime, Mon-Fri

Job Summary: Supervisor ensures professional and technical operation of the client access team. All policies and procedures are followed on a day-to-day basis. Responsible for the overall supervision of the Client Access team in accordance with organization initiatives: Physician satisfaction; Co-Worker Satisfaction; Client Satisfaction; Quality; and Business Performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Oversight and Staff DevelopmentTimecard Accuracy - Review accuracy of assigned direct reports' timecards and time off requestsCoaching - Meet with Leads and staff to discuss issues, identify areas of opportunityTraining - Ensure continuing education and training needs are met for Client Access RepresentativesYearly Evaluations of direct reports - Provide feedback, set goals and expectationsYearly Self-Evaluation - Participate, set actionable goalsProcess Improvement - Collaborate on new process development and continued reviewInternal Collaboration - Represent in a professional manner, distribute relevant informationExternal Vendor Collaboration - Represent the organization professionallyAudits - Implement, initiate and manage reports/audits related to client experience and accuracyAction Plans - Provide feedback for development of action plansOnsite Observations - Conduct weekly/as needed, ensure Lead engagementLeader Meetings - Provide documented feedback on staff development, process changes, etc.

Education and/or Experience Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent requiredPreferred 2+ years previous management experiencePreferred previous customer service experience
