To oversee the day-to-day operations of the Core Laboratory and Specimen Processing Area, including staffing, quality assurance and quality control, proficiency testing, competencies, and regulatory requirements Must be able to function as the Core Laboratory's technical resource Must be proficient in both Chemistry and Hematology testing Must be able to manage inventory and write technical procedures in accordance with regulatory guidelines
