Located in the largest auto mall in Western Canada, this busy branch services multiple different dealerships within the Richmond Auto Mall.

Requirements

Level 2 General Insurance License or actively pursuing Level 2 License1 year experience in the Insurance sales environment preferred, but will take all skills, abilities and experience into considerationDemonstrated abilities in providing exceptional client serviceDemonstrated leadership and teamwork abilitiesExcellent Insurance Product knowledgeSales drive and initiativeProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookStrong communication skills

A Day in the Life

You’ll work in collaboration with the Branch Leadership team, work towards the development of a high performing and engaged team.You’ll provide feedback to the manager for team members performance reviews while providing guidance to the team.You’ll maximize resources through effective schedulingYou’ll ensure compliance with all insurers (ICBC, CNS, Family etc.), Insurance Council of BC and Privacy Act rules and regulations   You’ll ensure control of ICBC inventory and correct handling of all documents and fundsYou’ll manage sales, retention and service needs of clients, balancing between Insurance Advisor and Supervisor duties as appropriateYou’ll ensure employees are connected to Hub in the bigger picture and understand the mission, values and goals of Hub

The expected salary range for this position is $60,000 to $70,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level. HUB International is proud to offer comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages which could include extended health benefits, disability insurance, RRSP matching, paid-time-off benefits, and eligible bonuses, and commissions for some positions. Department Account Management & Service
