Job Summary

Job Summary

Under general direction, uses knowledge and skills obtained through education and experience toanalyze contracts and Incentive Compensation Plans to assess and oversee the recording of such transactions in the financial statements of the appropriate subsidiary in accordance with GAAP, and to oversee the preparation of other financial analysis reports and related disclosurespresenting compensationbalances.Establishes and monitors area workflow to adjust procedures and/or training needs as necessary. Leads defined work or projects of moderate scope and complexity and resolves or recommends solutions to complex problems.

· May maintain frequent and regular communication with various business units to discuss any changes in compensation agreements that may impact the financial or regulatory reporting, including disclosure items, for the business unit as required

· Assists staff with resolution of complex business issues

· Prepares monthly status updates and annual department budget for management.

· Analyzes recurring inquiries to identify training needs of associates and directs subsequent training.

· Mayidentifiescostsanddevelopsmethodologyforaccurateallocationacrosstheorganization

· Overseespreparationofreportsformanagement, including the compensation budget

· Provide information and analysis for the firm’s Board of Directors, Compensation Committee and annual proxy.

· Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

· Mathematics sufficient to perform basic math functions.

· Provide a high level of service to clients, including management.

Educational/Previous Experience Requirements

Education/Previous Experience

· Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field from a four year college or university and three (3) years’ experience in specific area of expertise of assigned work area.

· Supervisory experience beneficial.

· OR ~

· Any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training approved by Human Resources.

Licenses/Certifications

Licenses/Certifications

· SIE required provided that an exemption or grandfathering cannot be applied

· Series 99, or ability to obtain within 120 days (as required by FINRA)
