We’re looking for a Credit & Collections/New Accounts Supervisor with strong leadership abilities and the energy to work with a growing company. Though we service accounts throughout North America, our corporate headquarters is located in Chicago, IL. We offer 401k plus vision, dental and medical benefits, as well as a paid holiday and PTO package. **Responsibilities:** + Provides direct supervision for the Credit/Collections and New Accounts teams, with a focus on increased productivity through continuous process improvement. + Responsible for aligning employee efforts with department goals. + Manages the creation and maintenance of accurate Customer Master Data for all customers. + Trains new employees, prepares performance appraisals and keeps attendance records. + Assists staff by providing direction and answering questions. + Fields escalated/difficult calls from customers and sales representatives. + Prepares and distributes weekly call list to each collector. + Performs weekly portfolio reviews with each collector. Identifies challenging accounts and helps guide resolution. + Facilitate staff meetings. Performs ad hoc tasks as needed. **Qualifications & Requirements:** + Associate’s Degree plus 7 years’ experience in Credit 7 Collections or Customer Data. + Experience with SAP, preferred. + Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel. + Strong analytical, time management and communication skills. Our salary range for this role is $56,800 - $68,160 including a full benefits package.
