You have an opportunity to personally thrive, make a difference and be part of a culture where individuality is noticed and valued every day. **Job Description: ** + Experience: Min. 6-10 years in Call Center/BPO, with at least 2-3 years as a Lead Operations role. + Team Leadership: Managed teams of 30+ headcount. + BPO Expertise: Experience with voice and non-voice processes is a must. + Performance Management: Ensure seamless service delivery and meet SLAs. + Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. + Reporting: Create reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders. + Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with teams and clients. + Client Interaction: Participate in client calls, quality calibrations, and process updates. + Strategic Input: Provide insights on FTE planning, process improvements, and engagement. + Flexibility: Work in US time zones and adapt to additional hours as needed.
