Supervisor, Customer Service (Full Time) - Rouyn-Noranda, QC

Key Responsibilities:

Maintains good relations with customers and ensures the timely resolution of customers’ inquiries are being handledMake work assignments schedules and reviews work in progress and supervises dailyDeals with disciplinary problems and provides training, coaching and counseling of subordinates.Responsible for basic problem resolution.Utilizes extensive customer service skills and company knowledge to assist staff members with high level issues.Performs in store and counter sales activities when needed.Responds to incoming calls and follows through to convert activities to sales.Support and help implement marketing programs and program launches within the inside sales groupPromote new products to customersPromote “add-ons” and up sell both on the phone and in store customersAssist in the collection of accounts receivable.Maintain appearance of the branch by organizing displays, stocking shelves and cleaningEnsure bank deposits and daily cash reconciliation are completed and ensure selection of invoicing is completedMaintain local inventory control and manage branch stock including surplus inventoryAccountable for shipping/receiving of customer orders and branch transfersUse knowledge of welding applications and products to ensure Linde Canada meet customer requirements

Qualifications:

Education:

Post-Secondary Education is preferred

Professional experience:

5-7 years experience in the field
Technical welding experience is preferredGood computer skills
