**What you’ll need to succeed as a Supervisor, Customer Solutions at XPO**
Minimum qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
+ 3 years of related experience
Preferred qualifications:
+ Strong project planning and development experience
+ Experience building and improving processes and establishing metrics to track and illustrate performance
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office
+ Able to learn new systems quickly
+ Available to work extended hours when necessary
+ Able to travel occasionally
+ Experience in Less-than-Truckload (LTL) freight operations, transportation operations, logistics or a supply chain environment
+ Highly organized with proven ability to multitask; able to prioritize workload under pressure and meet deadlines
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Able to maintain high ethical standards and confidentiality
+ Exceptional problem-solving skills

What you’ll do on a typical day:
+ Develop team and individual direct reports
+ Manage and support escalations to ensure appropriate actions are taken to ensure meeting and exceeding customers’ service expectations
+ Monitor individual and team performance to ensure performance and quality standards are met or exceeded
+ Builds and maintains partnerships with different departments across the organization and with key customer contacts
+ Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and efficiencies
+ Perform daily, weekly, monthly reviews of various reports, time keeping, and other administrative related items
+ Facilitate employee hiring, onboarding, training, and process documentation, etc.
+ Propose and organize team building activities and exercises that are specifically designed to foster collaboration, trust, and cooperation among team members. These activities should strive to enhance team unity, boost motivation, and improve communication within the group
