Performs other implied and assigned duties which include but are not limited to training and counseling employees, quality control reporting, scheduling, evaluating performance and production tasks in accordance with Environmental Services procedures, schedules, and standards of performance. Performs other duties as assigned in support of Support Service goals and objectives so as to achieve "support service" for patients, visitors, and facility staff. **Minimum Qualifications** **Education** · High school diploma required. **Licensure/** **Certification** · None. **Experience** · At least one-year environmental services, housekeeping experience preferred. **Knowledge, Skills and Abilities** · Good interpersonal and customer service skills. · Detail oriented and accurate. · Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English. **Valid NC Driver’s License** ☐ Yes ☒ No If driving a Wayne UNC Vehicle, must be 21 years old and MVR must be approved by Risk Management.
