SUMMARY: The role of the supervisor leads a team of team members through delegation of work assignments and ensuring team members have the necessary resources to execute high quality cleanliness consistent with department standards.

ATTRIBUTES
Associates Degree or equivalent work experience
2-3 years of proven supervisory experience
Healthcare experience preferred
Proven technical ability, (proficiency in Microsoft office suite)
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage departmental team member engagement activitiesWill cover the facility in the absence of Sr. Leaderships
Schedule and Coordinate special EVS projects.
Makes daily inspections of clinical and non-clinical areas to ensure high quality cleanliness consistent with department standards.
Responsible for human resources responsibilities for staff which include interviewing and selection of new employees, promotions, staff development, performance evaluations, resolution of employee concerns, disciplinary counseling, terminations and employee morale.
PAY SUMMARY: The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
