Responsibilities

IGT is seeking a driven and experienced Field Services Supervisor to join our dynamic team in the Southern California gaming industry.  This position, based out of San Diego, offers a unique opportunity to manage field operations and ensure outstanding service delivery throughout the region. The Supervisor will play a vital role in overseeing everything from product installations and preventative maintenance to system upgrades, all while fostering a culture of technical excellence and top-notch customer satisfaction.  This role serves as the central point of contact for all aspects of field service operations, including technical support, compliance, and training.  A passion for the gaming industry, proven leadership skills, and a commitment to operational efficiency are essential for success in this role.  This position is instrumental in maintaining IGT's position as an industry leader by ensuring the highest level of service for its valued customers.
 

Supervise, coordinate, and oversee all field services activities, ensuring the highest possible level of performance. Plan, organize, prioritize, and schedule workflows to support service requirements, including coordinating employee and/or customer training. Manage gaming projects and duties, including product setup, installation, servicing, preventative maintenance, and upgrades for various Arizona casino customers. Execute the casino service elements of IGT’s order cycle including installation/removal planning, scheduling, and execution, while providing technical and compliance guidance. Oversee support for IGT EGMs and Advantage player tracking systems. Provide technical assistance and maintenance for Advantage hardware systems. Oversee the installation, maintenance, and support of sports betting equipment and systems. Manage repair tasks to address any equipment malfunctions or issues promptly. Install and support tournament management software and hardware to ensure smooth operations during events. Conduct regular maintenance activities to prevent equipment failures and ensure optimal performance. Supervise compliance with relevant regulations and respond to urgent and/or abnormal situations. Contribute to labor analysis, expense control, customer invoice processing, and updating equipment master documentation. Promote and enforce safety rules and regulations.    Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required. 3-5 years of electronics, hardware and software, and 3-5 years of slot tech, casino, or gaming experience Project or team lead experience. Knowledge and understanding of AC/DC fundamentals. Knowledge of SAP and strong computer skills. Ability, flexibility, and willingness to work varied shifts, overtime, and travel to client sites as needed. Must be able to lift 75 pounds and able to stand a full shift. Must be able to adapt to various jurisdictions and interface with compliance officers.    Able to work in a team-oriented environment. Must have a valid State's driver's license with a clean driving record. Must be able to pass IGT security background check. Must be able to obtain a gaming card. At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $69,000/yr - $109,417/yr. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

 

Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program.  Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .  In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance.
