**The Opportunity**
This position is an onsite opportunity in the Abbott Diabetes Care Division. We are helping people with Diabetes lead healthier, happier lives. Consistent and accurate glucose monitoring is the foundation of any diabetes management plan, so we’re committed to continuous improvement in the way patients and professionals measure, track and analyze glucose levels.
As an FP&A Supervisor to be based in Alameda supporting the US Commercial business, you will organize priorities and ensure the timeliness, accuracy, and integrity of all financial information while also performing original work (working supervisor). This position has full responsibility for the planning and execution of key financial processes across the Blood Glucose Monitoring (BGM) business it supports, including Plan, RLBEs, Confirmations, Actuals Reporting, etc. Enhance and create analytics to support understanding of planning submissions and help ensure forecast accuracy. Coordinate with US Commercial business stakeholders and finance team on BGM Sales, providing meaningful insights, and variance analysis. **This is an onsite opportunity in Alameda, CA.**
**What You’ll Do**
+ Supports ADC US Commercial business working on key projects and analysis around BGM Sales
+ Will have opportunity to own management of BGM Sales for ADC US Commercial
+ Will be integral player in development of LBE (forecast) templates utilized by the finance team and be expected to assist in providing guidance to senior finance personnel on key findings
+ Prepares key management reports emphasizing historical results, budgets, forecasts, and trends.
+ Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders, as well as finance teams in US Commercial, Global, and Division.
+ Run reports and analysis utilizing financial tools such as Excel, Dodeca, Power BI, SAP etc.
+ Completes ad hoc financial requests as needed
**Experience You'll Bring**
**Required**
+ BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or Economics. MBA and/or CPA/CMA is a plus, 4 years of finance experience (FP&A, Cost/General Accounting or Financial Reporting).
+ Ability to plan, implement, and administer financial information and control systems.
+ Knowledge of the principles, processes and standards for integrated financial analysis and reporting.

The base pay for this position is $95,500.00 – $190,900.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
