SUMMARY

As a Supervisor of Food and Nutrition Services, your exceptional customer service and attention to detail and guidance ensures the quality, timely and accurate distribution of meals to Rochester Regional patients, while creating a positive and satisfying experience.

SCHEDULE:  DAYS/EVENINGS WITH ROTATING WEEKENDS

RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Service. Visit patients and inquire about food service satisfaction, including quality and quantity of food; act as a department representative in opening and closing of the kitchenLeadership. Train and develop employees and perform evaluations; supervise kitchen, dish room, cafeteria and food prep including trey assembly and room service; ensure predetermined schedules are maintained and all nourishment requirements are met with accuracy; order supplies as neededDocumentation. Log all food temperatures, following departmental HAACP procedures

M - Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects; Requires frequent walking, standing or squatting.
