AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic leader to fill the role of Starbucks Supervisor at Ohio Turnpike Wyandot in Genoa, OH.

The pay for this position is $17.50/hr.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Train and guide other team members on job duties, proper food safety and sanitation procedures, customer service, etc. Prepare and build food items according to standardized recipes and directions Properly store food by adhering to food safety policies and procedures Serve food to customers while ensuring guest satisfaction and anticipating the customers’ needs Replenish food items and ensure product is stocked to appropriate levels Maintain excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guest, customers, clients, team members, etc. Adhere to safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation Enjoy working as a team and motivating others. Are open to learning new things (especially the latest beverage recipe!) Are experienced with responsibilities like cash-handling and store safety. Can keep cool and calm in a fast-paced, energetic work environment. Have excellent communications skills.

Job Requirements:

Previous supervisory experience in a related role preferred Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment - 1 year Previous food service experience required Must be able to work independently with limited supervision Demonstrate excellent customer service skills Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 25 lbs Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodations Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes such as temperature, quantity of ingredients or substituted ingredients At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two (2) or more employees
