As Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day oversight and performance for the Hospital-Based Medicine providers and department staff. You will collaborate with leadership to plan, develop, implement, and monitor business system models to support clinical practices and administrative services. Implement initiatives to ensure that the organization achieves maximum operational and clinical effectiveness with regards to clinical care, service excellence, quality outcomes, and financial viability. Preferred Qualifications Master’s Degree. Leadership experience in a clinic or health care environment.
