Supervisor, Integrated Investment

We’re focused on driving the maximum value for our people, our capabilities and our media investments for some of the world’s leading brands. **Overview** The Supervisor of Investment Excellence will be responsible for day-to-day media buy activation, budget and billing management, and oversight of media buy hygiene on the Inspire Media Engine (IME) Investment team. This role ensures that media buys run smoothly and deliver as planned, with accurate and timely billing and budget management. The Supervisor will also focus on training and developing team members, effectively managing workloads, and ensuring tasks are prioritized to meet both internal and client expectations. The Supervisor must be a nimble, problem-solver with a passion for identifying opportunities to build and improve process, train and mentor others, and work collaboratively with many other departments and team to keep moving the client and agency business forward **Responsibilities** + **General** + Leads all aspects of campaign activation including, but not limited to, campaign implementation, activation, QA and reconciliation. + Drive activation excellence across OTT, digital, social, and other media programs. + Regularly update Associate Director and VP on key project and internal team developments, escalating issues and opportunities when necessary. + Ensure tasks are executed with the highest quality, efficiency, and adherence to deadlines. + Build strong relationships with various teams and departments to ensure excellence relative to operations, trafficking and reporting. + Serve as a resource with intimate knowledge of activation, ad verification, and trafficking platforms – Prisma, Mbox CM, & DoubleVerify. + Develop and implement processes that establish best practices in activation, QA, and media operations. + Ensure consistent execution of processes related to budget forecasting, fee management, taxonomy, and more. + **Financial Stewardship** + Collaborate with Operations and Client Finance to ensure accurate billing each month. + Oversee vendor billing, including insertion orders, monthly billing reports, discrepancy resolution, and reconciliation. + Work closely with Operations and IME team members to manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close procedures, such as accruals, reconciliations, and adjustments. + Actively manage planned vs. actual budget tracking, budget forecasting, and reporting to ensure alignment. + **Daily Project Management & Maintenance** + Troubleshoot ad delivery to ensure media aligns with buying guidelines and objectives. + Supports Associate Director and direct reports with the following deliverables: + Campaign builds & QAs + Taxonomy compliance + Billing and reconciliation + Budget management (planned and actualized) + Managing traffic requests/SLAs and escalating any concerns to leadership + Template and process development + Accurate and timely audit deliverable delivery + Pre & Post launch QAs and ongoing management + IO accuracy and updates + Buying guidelines and brand verification standards + Offer solutions for pain points in processes, collaborate with teams to develop best practices and enhancements. + **Team Training, Development, & Workload Management:** + Mentor junior team members and ensure that development goals are set and achieved regularly. + Provide guidance and delegation of tasks to junior team members to foster their growth and capabilities. + Regularly assess team performance and workload distribution, ensuring that associates and planners are equipped to handle tasks based on priority and skill set. + Train and coach analysts and associates on key processes related to billing, trafficking, and QA. **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, operations, or equivalent + 4+ years of relevant experience, with agency experience highly preferred. + Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills. + Ability to think unconventionally in proposing solutions. + Proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. + Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to delegate effectively. + Experience coaching and developing junior team members. + Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint). + Knowledge of media tools such as Prisma, MBOX, DCM/CM360, + Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills **Additional information** Our Publicis Groupe motto “Viva La Différence” means we’re better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
