How you will contribute to our magical experience?
As a Supervisor, Integrated Marketing , you will be essential in driving and strengthening franchise campaigns in Brazil, ensuring integration across all business lines and promoting cohesive and impactful communication. Your work will enable franchises to reach their full potential, connecting with consumers in a meaningful way and aligning with global and regional guidelines.
The Supervisor, Integrated Marketing will be responsible for:
Lead the 360° communication alignment between the company's business lines (Cross-LOBs);
Develop and implement franchise campaign proposals in Brazil in an integrated manner with all business lines, ensuring execution internally or through third parties;
Brief and manage agency proposals and the implementation of all franchise campaigns;
Represent Brazil in regional meetings and participate in global franchise meetings;
Analyze and discuss reports on campaign status, strategy, and franchise brand health with the regional team;
Control budget and financial processes for franchise campaigns, including legal contract management;
Work closely with the commercial team to leverage franchises and generate new business opportunities.
What do we need from you:
Proven experience in campaign/ project management and integrated communication;
Ability to coordinate different stakeholders and lead cross-functional processes;
Knowledge of budget and contract management;
Analytical skills to interpret brand and campaign performance reports;
Experience in managing relationships with agencies and external partners;
Fluent English for global and regional interactions and spanish is a nice to have;
Proactive, organized, and results-oriented profile.
