Job Description

The Supervisor runs the daily investment operations for the team. They lead projects, accomplish all elements of the Investment process. The goal for this role is to lead the execution of media buys while continuing to learn and become an expert in the basic Investment Management principles. You will report to the Associate Director, Investment Management.

Day to Day

Responsible for the daily execution of Investment Management team tasks of Managers and Associates, including:Campaign set-up and stewardship in an agency media buying platformAccuracy of Insertion Orders sent to media partnersOn-budget delivery of media investmentsActualization and reconciliation of media investmentsInvoice reconciliationClient media billing reportsPartner payment mitigation and resolutionMarketplace Value workbooksCampaign closuresAccountable for media forecastingManage partner payment mitigation and resolutionsResponsible for completion of client Platform Tax materialsResponsible for execution of small-to-medium ad hoc projectsManage the training of Investment Management Managers and AssociatesManage direct report's time and resourcesBegins to develop relationships with main media partnersCollaborate internally across capabilities and teams

 

Requirements and Qualifications

Knowledge of media investment systems and tools (Mediaocean)Observe agency procedures (accurate time sheets, performance, conversations)3+ years of experience within media planning or buyingPharmaceutical industryBA/BS

Additional Information

Compensation Range: $58,500 - $88,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
