**COMPENSATION INFORMATION**
The salary range(s) represents our good faith estimate for the role at this time. While we strive to provide competitive and transparent compensation, there may be circumstances where an offer is above or outside of the listed range. We are open to discussing salary expectations with qualified candidates considering factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience and geographic location will all be considered during the hiring process.
Supervisor, IT Data Services Pay Range: $109,500.00 -$142,250.00

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Data Services Supervisor to join our team! As a leader in our IT Data Services department, you will oversee a talented team responsible for managing critical data systems, including data analytics, ETL processes, database operations, and data workflows. Your expertise will drive data-driven decision-making while fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
**Role Overview:**
As the IT Data Services Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective management of data management systems that support business needs. Your technical skills, leadership ability, and strategic mindset will be key in optimizing data systems, fostering collaboration between IT and business teams, and promoting best practices in data governance and security. You will help guide the team in the execution of data initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and driving continuous improvement.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Oversee day-to-day operations of data management systems, including data analytics, ETL processes, database operations, and data workflows.
+ Lead and develop a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
+ Manage and optimize data systems to support business objectives and enhance data-driven decision-making.
+ Collaborate with IT and business teams to define and implement data and technology strategies.
+ Ensure adherence to best practices in data governance, security, and compliance.
+ Provide leadership in promoting innovation, process improvements, and the continuous development of team skills.
+ Develop and implement strategies that align with organizational goals and business needs.
+ Drive successful execution of data initiatives and improve overall data management processes.
**To be successful in the role we're looking for:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in an Information Technology-related field, or equivalent job-related experience
+ Eight (8) years of experience in Information Technology, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
+ Strong leadership skills
+ Expert customer service, organizational and leadership skills
+ A general knowledge of project management methods and practices
+ Flexibility and the ability to function with constantly changing and multiple priorities
+ Competent knowledge of operating systems, application development and troubleshooting, data integration, data visualization, and database management systems
+ Expert troubleshooting, problem solving, and analytical skills
+ Excellent written and oral communications skills
+ Understanding of, compliance with and enforcement of SPP Policies and Procedures
**Preferred:**
+ Five (5) years utility industry experience
+ Five (5) years of team leadership experience
+ A variety of experience in Information Technology project
**Work Environment:**
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines
**Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:**
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of workweek are Monday through Friday; 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Working extended hours may be required.
**Travel Requirement:**
This position requires minimal (5-20%) travel
