Manufacturing Supervisor 

3rd shift - 4 Navigator Rd Londonderry, NH

What to expect:

Responsible for supervising all aspects of the manufacturing departments.  Trains and monitors emplyee performance, tracks and reports on department quality and schedules employees work to meet production schedule. Supervise the day-to-day processes of manufacturing operations, ensuring production plans and designed quality specifications are met while complying with regulatory (QSR, ISO, EH&S) and Hologic's quality standards. Direct employee's performance to documented procedures and established goals. Shcedules production to max efficiancy and timelines, within assigned budget.  Partcipates in cost savings events. Provides support to Engineering, Regulatory and Quality through participation in process control activities, and testing as required. Ensure 6S compliance as well as drive and lead other Lean initiatives.

Effectively manage and resolve employee relations. Strong organizational skills. Oracel anbd Agile experience  Knowledge of GMP's, QSR's, MRP

Education & Experience:

Associates Degree or equivalent experience/training 3+ years of supervisory experience. Strong Electrical/Mechanical background with minimun of 5 years manufacturing related experience. ISO and FDA 

The annualized base salary range for this role is $75,600 to $125,900 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand..
