Job Description

Responsibilities

Assign and supervise production activities on the floor, ensuring flawless execution of production plans to meet customer requirements for volume, quality, and cost.Advise and collaborate with line leaders on manufacturing matters to determine the best course of action.Estimate needs and coordinate materials, labor, and equipment to support production goals.Maintain effective working relationships and prepare detailed reports.Plan, assign, and review the work of staff, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.Apply principles of supervision, strictly observing the 4 I’s and Code of Ethics, and ensure staff compliance.Perform staff evaluations, adhering to the PMD process, and implement necessary disciplinary actions.Support the Assembly Superintendent in addressing observations from ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 certification processes relevant to the area.Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.Outstanding problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.Proven ability to implement and maintain high standards for quality and efficiency.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards is a plus.
