In this role, you'll have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills while leading a team of up to 15 full-time employees and contractors.A day in the Life:Cultivate seamless cross-functional communication to ensure timely completion of daily tasks and drive project success.Collaborate with planning and scheduling departments to develop strategic weekly manufacturing schedules.Manage flows across shifts and report crucial information, ensuring seamless operations and minimal disruptions.Maintain staffing plans and conduct regular performance reviews to nurture team development and foster a hard-working culture.Champion workplace safety and ensure compliance with ISO/GMP/FDA regulations.Uphold our quality system by adhering to SOPs, updating manufacturing documents, and leading CAPA/Change Control processes.Implement cost savings and process improvements using lean manufacturing principles and practical methodologies.Actively participate in cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment and drive project completion.Keys to Success:

EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent experience is required. (bachelor's degree preferred)Experience2-3 years of proven experience in a manufacturing environment with leadership responsibilitiesKnowledge, Skills, AbilitiesStrong leadership and organizational skills.Excellent problem-solving abilities and data analysis skillsOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsAbility to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently.Strong project management skills and proficiency in Microsoft OfficeFlexibility to work extended hours or weekends as needed
