Job Description

Responsible for identifying, designing, and implementing process improvements within the marketing department. This role focuses on enhancing operational efficiency, ensuring effective use of systems and tools, and supporting the integration of new technologies to drive marketing excellence.

 

Primary Accountabilities:

 

Process Analysis & Design:

Conduct assessments of current marketing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and document optimized workflows that enhance productivity and streamline operations.Develop and maintain process documentation, including process maps, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials.

Continuous Improvement:

Identify and recommend changes to processes to ensure better alignment with marketing strategies and goals

Systems / Tools:

Support the implementation of new systems / tools to aid in marketing team efficiency and effectiveness.Provide training and support to marketing team members on how to use those new systems / tools.

Project Management:

Assist in the planning and execution of process improvement projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful implementation of new processes or systems.

The expected salary range for this role is $98,140- $125,130 per year

Qualifications

Educational Background

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Professional Experience

2-4 years of experience in process improvement or a related role.Experience with systems and tools to drive marketing department efficiency / effectiveness (e.g. knowledgebase, PMO, etc.)

Skills & Abilities

Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions.Familiarity with marketing tools and systems (e.g., project management software, knowledgebase software, etc).Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Project management experience
