Job Description

The Supervisor, Menu Architecture & LTO’s is responsible for partnering with US Mkting in analyzing and executing Line Extensions, LTO’s, Brand Relevance campaigns, etc..  In addition, the Supervisor, Menu Architecture & LTO’s assesses builds the business case and performs the post analysis, partnering closely with US Marketing to sell-in the strategy and report on the business case and performance to US SLT and key O/O leadership groups.  Additionally, this role will analyze the ST (tactic level) and LT (baseline, category impact) of these strategies.

Primary Responsibilities

Ensure strategies aligned to defined menu strategy (across LTO’s and deals/offers)Translate analytical insights into strategic recommendations/solutions, initiative forecasts and initiative performance reportsBusiness case development & post analysis for LTO’s,, Line Extensions, and Brand Relevance campaigns including assessment to ensure we’re meeting longer term goals (e.g. category market share). Partners with US Marketing and Supply Chain on over/under forecast contingency planning and impact to the business caseThis includes clarifying cost associated with risk of over supply vs. benefit of having supply through the end of the campaign, to allow O/O discussions on alternative approachesWorks with Core team for pricing recommendation (including supporting Conjoint study as needed).Supports MET & MEC

The expected salary range for this role is $87,050 – $108,810 / per year

QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required; MBA or Masters in Finance, Economics, Math preferred2-4 Years Experience requiredStrong analytical capabilities with experience in working with analytical teams and translating outputs into actionable insightsKnowledge of pricing and promotion dynamics, multi-tier pricing environment, long term impact of pricing decisionsAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required. Experience working with Tableau and/or other data visualization
