Job Description

Overview:
Primary responsibilities including negotiating and maintaining national video buys across broadcast, cable, and unwired TV, as well as VOD and OLV. Assist with various projects and help train junior staff. This role reports into the Associate Director/Director of National Video Activation.

Role Objectives:

Building and implementing media buysAssessing media and ROI performanceManaging account billings and budgetsWork with members of affiliated agencies associated with client’s businessInteract with buying/planning groups in monitoring and producing weekly performance reportsMaintain and produce required media results and management reportsManage and maintain all files and records pertaining to client’s activities and billingsEnsure all client deliverables are being met (timelines, goals, budgets, etc.)Interact with vendors in the planning, negotiating and implementation of plans as neededGenerate and handle administrative functions associated with the ordering and managing of a TV schedule

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

B.A. or B.S. in Marketing, Advertising, or related fieldAgency experience highly preferred3+ years of experience in either National TV or Direct Response media buying and account managementExcellent communication skillsDirect client contact experience helpfulExcellent verbal and written communication, organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skillsDetail-oriented, able to multi-task and work well under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPointKnowledge MBOX and Prisma
