Operations Supervisor

We are looking for a Supervisor, Operations to join our Brampton shot peening team!

Our Operations Supervisor is responsible for providing support to our operators and assigning jobs to the production team.

Location: Brampton, ON

Shift: Monday-Friday. 12hr split: 12:30pm - 9:30pm

Your Challenge

Oversee the production scheduleAssign customer jobs across the production teamOrganize workflow and ensure employees understand their delegated tasks Maintain timekeeping and personnel records.Keeping health and safety at the forefront of the production process

What You Bring

3-5 years’ experience in a supervisory capacity, in a manufacturing environmentGood knowledge of MS Office and work knowledge with ERP systems.Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and technical documentation. Must be eligible to meet the requirements for Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CPG)
