You typically have 3 years of experience in performing aircraft heavy/line maintenance and inspection procedures You have leadership experience; Aircraft Maintenance leadership is preferred You possess an A&P certificate or certificated under FAR (part 65) You are familiar with aircraft inspection system & procedures You are familiar with Environmental, Health & Safety rules and regulations You have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills You demonstrate effective leadership and coaching skills with the ability to develop people You have strong organizational and planning skills You have proficient computer skills
