It’s that energy and spirit of innovation that allows us to create bold and meaningful “health media firsts” for our clients, and to do it all with #phmlove. **Overview** The **Paid Search Supervisor** is responsible for leading a team of Search Sr. Associates and Associates for a client or group of brands to ensure best-in-class strategy and execution are in place. From ensuring flawless execution and driving innovation to leading client-facing strategy conversations and career management – the Supervisor plays an integral role in upleveling the Search team’s strategic approach. The goal of this role is to “Sharpen the Sword” of the Search campaigns, strategy and deliverables – not responsible for doing all of the work, but responsible for ensuring that all of the work gets done, and done well. **Responsibilities** **Key Responsibilities** + Ensure timeliness and quality of builds, ensuring recommendations are strategically aligned with campaign goals + Responsible for pre-launch review and compliant launch of uploads, both through review and ongoing process training + Review and up-level optimization calendar and test plans, ensuring implementation and sharing of results + Review client-facing materials and provide feedback to ensure quality, depth and timeliness + Active and vocal role in representing Search in client meetings, building trusting relationships with client counterparts to be viewed as strategic search expert + Support team reporting workstreams, helping bring meaning and action to performance data, and partners across teams to evolve approach + Lead the completion of annual plan deliverables and presents to clients/partners, ensuring connection between brand objectives, cross-channel plan and Search approach + Provide upfront direction and training to team and confirm timelines/check in's to ensure deliverables are completed on time + Oversee daily operations of Associate and Sr. Associate teams, providing clear and direct feedback on opportunities for improvement + Proactively share learnings across PHM, both personally as well as identifying opportunities for broader team to increase visibility + Lead Annual Reviews and holds career-centric 1:1s + Catch-Ups with Associates and Sr. Associates + Nurture vendor partnership and ensure brands are maximizing value **Knowledge** + Strong knowledge of the search landscape (paid and organic), how consumers leverage search and how brands can benefit from a strong search presence + Expertise in channel campaign implementation, management, analysis, optimization, and automation + Well-versed on industry updates, proving perspective on implications in Healthcare + Understand measurement and tech partner landscape, vetting innovative solutions for client testing + Deep understanding of condition, therapeutic area landscape and competitive set + Expert knowledge of client's business objectives and priorities, able to connect to current Search approach and future opportunities + Broad knowledge of digital landscape and agency capabilities (planning, SEO, online and offline Media, technology, etc.) and where Search fits into the landscape **Qualifications** + Ability to multi-task and manage one’s time, demonstrating personal organization and ability to meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail + one’s time and demonstrate personal organization + Proven ability to lead people and projects with experience delegating, providing clear direction, training and coaching others on Search tasks, concepts, and personal growth + Strong communication and listening skills, deeply understanding the needs of others and articulate their needs + Diligently and flawlessly executes on assigned area of project + Takes initiative and shows accountability for team’s work, proactively working to solve problems, improve process and create efficiencies + Exhibits integrity, trust and investment in self-development + Adherence to agency procedures (timesheets, required trainings, 360 feedback, etc) + Bachelor’s degree preferred, with 4+ years of direct Search campaign management + Healthcare industry knowledge a plus **Additional information** Our Publicis Groupe motto “Viva La Différence” means we’re better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
