We're looking for a highly motivated leader to join our team! As a PIP Supervisor, you will supervise the evaluation and processing of no-fault claims. Responsibilities include authorizing payments as necessary, approving no-fault denials, independent medical examinations, and Home Office control file referrals, and communicating with appropriate departments to resolve coverage and procedural questions.
Required Qualifications
Supervisor Must be able to:
Speak in a clear, empathic, and professional manner by telephone.Document files in a clear, concise, professional written manner, to be understood by customers, clients, co-workers, and other employees of the organization.Attain and maintain the required licenses issued by the insurance departments of various states.Follow complex instructions, resolve conflicts, or facilitate conflict resolution, and have strong organization/priority setting skills.Multi-task and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.Learn and apply large amounts of technical and procedural information.Claims experience required.Preferred Qualifications
First Party Medical/PIP experience preferred
Supervisor and/or SPP/MDP experience preferred
