SUMMARY DESCRIPTION
The Production Supervisor is responsible for the direct supervision of all Tissue Processing Technician team members. Oversee the quantity and quality of the production staff including recommending hires, promotions and disciplinary actions as well as conducting performance reviews. Ensures the daily efficient running of Integra’s production function with oversight from management.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure proper inspection and handling of raw materialsOversee Tissue removal processesMonitor disinfection process in a class 7 clean room environmentUse of laboratory equipment for measuring solutionsDocument and track materials; ensure entry into appropriate softwareOversee processing of raw materials for final product including but not limited to cutting/trimming to size, lyophilizing, and packagingSupervise clean room processing and proceduresContinually monitor for proper aseptic techniquesConduct and/or oversee Inspection processesEnsure that team members follow all standard operating proceduresProvide direction for cleaning a sterile environmentInstruct and supervise training of new and current employees in multiple work environmentsEnsure all tasks required by the Quality Management System are conducted in a timely mannerAssist in the creation and/or revision of training methods, procedures, processes, job descriptions, etc.Provide ongoing feedback to employeesDraft and conduct reviews with staffAdminister disciplinary action, when necessary, in a fair and empathic mannerStrive for continuous improvement of the work environment and material processingCreate management reports including appropriate metricsSuggest improvements in workflow process, equipment, technology, etc.Perform other tasks as assignedDESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceMinimum of 2+ years of supervisory experiencePrior lean manufacturing experience preferredPrior clean room experience preferredPrior production experience preferredRequired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
