Job Purpose: Provide an overview of the responsibilities of the job by providing a summary of the most important aspects and duties of the job (1-3 sentences).
You will direct the activities of other Production Supervisors while work closely with the Production Manager of your assigned department to oversee the production activities and assist them in meeting the operating plan goals and objectives, as well as provide information and training to comply with all EHS rules and regulations. In this role, you will perform various problem-solving analyses in the areas of cost and manpower utilization. You will work closely with the assigned Maintenance Supervisor to ensure equipment reliability to produce acceptable quantity and quality of product and you will be responsible for eliminating downtime where possible while maintaining high standards of safety and housekeeping.
