Summary:
Manufactures sufficient quantities of quality products at or below budgeted production costs in order to meet demand | Follows established procedures for operating various manufacturing equipment | Sets up equipment feeding, speed and temperature for optimal performance | Selects and measures raw materials and parts to specifications to prepare for production processing | Resolves issues related to the organization's production, machinery, processing and/or packaging operations | Responsibilities are within the Manufacturing/Operations Function as a generalist or in a combination of Disciplines
The ability to work first shift or second shift based on production need Major Position Responsibilities Supervises production operations for assigned units or during an assigned shift.Supervises workers that operate production machinery, assemble items, perform quality control, or package goods for shipment. Notifies maintenance or engineering departments when equipment requires maintenance or repair. Monitors output of assigned area(s) against established schedules or quality goals. Coordinates the flow of work through the department and ensures that department has sufficient levels of inventory to meet demand and is staffed appropriately.Leads and directs the work of other employees and has some responsibility for personnel actions related to hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions with concurrence from the HR Directors & General Managers. Associate's Degree and 3-5 years expierenceOREquivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience

Pay Range (USD) $60,550 - $112,450 Pay Transparency Statement The salary range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum for salary for this position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, internal equity, and relevant education or training.
