Supervisor, Production Control Our Danbury, CT team is seeking a Production Control Supervisor to take the lead in driving efficiency and precision across our production control functions. In this role, you will oversee master scheduling, production planning, shop scheduling, material requirements planning, and work-in-process tracking, ensuring smooth operations from start to finish. You’ll play a key role in managing material and labor variance controls, optimizing manufacturing performance, and ensuring the timely and accurate ordering, receipt, and issuance of production materials. Support inspection, including personally performing inspections when applicable. + Determine appropriate action to offset schedule slips, material shortages. + Support customer visits and equipment demonstrations. Approx. 10% travel required for position. **What You Bring:** + Minimum 6+ years related experience. + Thorough knowledge in mechanical and electrical assembly, sheet metal fabrication, structural fabrication, and welding practices. + Functional testing experience (mechanical/hydraulic/electrical/structural load). + Familiarity with Part finishing (electropolish/anodize/passivate/paint). + Ability to become Level II inspector. + Eligibility to access nuclear plants. **Who We Are** Our Values (https://www.curtisswright.com/company/sustainability/core-values/default.aspx) Environmental, Social and Governance Curtiss-Wright Nuclear has a proven track record at nuclear plants worldwide.
