The Charlotte Distribution Center is seeking a Supervisor, Quality Assurance to oversee and manage our quality control processes while also ensuring the flow of merchandise through the department to meet deadlines. This role involves ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations through regular inspections and audits of consumer goods received at the Distribution Center.
Oversee and manage the quality control process to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols Conduct regular inspections and audits on a breadth of consumer goods Monitor staff levels to ensure flow of merchandise through the department to meet deadlines, maximize throughput and productivity Train and supervise quality control staff to ensure accurate and consistent audit and inspection processes, while coordinating the daily processing of department; including, but not limited to, floor observations Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions Analyze data and trends to identify potential areas of improvement in product quality Maintain documentation of quality control activities, including audit results, inspection reports, and corrective actions taken Monitor budget and payroll information of departments Evaluate and discuss each associate's performance using objectives set at year-end reviewQualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field of work and at least four years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Proven experience in quality control or a related field Strong knowledge of QA/QC principles and FDA regulations Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and identify trends Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work processes Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Job Snapshot Employee Type Full-Time Location Charlotte, NC (Onsite) Job Type Management, QA - Quality Control Experience 4 years Apply to this job.
