We value our professional and caring employees who are dedicated to improving people’s lives and we want **YOU** to join our team! **What you will be doing:** You’ll be responsible for the management of well-rounded recreation programs, student leadership and incentive programs in compliance with government and management directives. **Duties include, but not limited to:** 1. Plan, coordinate and manage the administrative and student activities services of the department with a diversified program that will attract voluntary participation. 2. Develop and distribute weekly, monthly, and annual recreational plans and schedules of activities. 3. Coordinate with other center staff pertaining to recreation and social activities. 4. Develop and maintain personnel shift schedules for programmatic coverage seven days a week. 5. Plan and conduct various activities to enhance student retention and meet all students' needs. . **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:** + Associate’s degree and two (2) years related experience, one (1) of which should be in a supervisory capacity. + Directly related experience maybe considered in lieu of formal education requirements. + Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record + Computer proficiency **Why:**  Make a positive impact in your community by doing meaningful work that results in a rewarding career.
