Objectives:
• Act as an interface to BU/ACO stakeholders, provide controlling service on compliance and transparency
• Drive some optimizations on efficiency and effectiveness with the insight of controlling
• Support business decisions with Finance & Controlling expertise
• Take part as team member to support site finance relevant tasks

Main Tasks:
1. Controlling
• Monitor and provide transparency to stakeholders on cost allocation, capex spending, FMC development, variable cost development, etc
• Drive month-end closing and year-end closing on production costing
• Initiate budget preparation and monitoring with the inputs from stakeholders
• Act as project controller to support site expansion projects
• Support Business Units with strategic initiatives, such as process optimization, decision-making, etc.
• Deep understanding of Finance related internal control policies, ensure the awareness and compliance of the policy within company in scope and continuously seek the improvement area.
• Perform miscellaneous tasks assigned by manager
2. Finance
• Support on-site audits, incl. group reporting audit, statutory audit and internal audit (if needed).
• Support annual inventory stocktaking and fixed asset physical count for engaged companies per internal guidance.
• Take part as team member to support other site finance relevant tasks assigned by manager
3. Support / lead process enhancement, digitalization initiatives and other projects
4. Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor


Job Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration discipline
2. Working Experience: At least 3 years' relevant experiences in the accounting/controlling area. Big 4 working experience is a plus.
3. Technical & Professional Knowledge:
• Understanding of accounting regulations (IFRS and PRC)
• Good at communications and stakeholder management
• Basic knowledge of business analysis is required
4. Certificate: Accounting Certificate and Medium-grade Professional Title. CPA, CMA and other professional certificate is a plus.
