Position Purpose: Responsible for ensuring the business processes related to risk adjustment are developed and carried out based on plan risk adjustment opportunity.
Supervise internal member outreach effortsWork with provider offices on risk adjustment education opportunitiesWork with and monitor corporate outreach vendors on retro chart chase, Risk Adjustment Data Validation (RADV) in home assessmentsDevelop outreach materials and plan outreach effortsWork with Corporate Data team to ensure suspecting lists are accurate and completeEducation/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in applicable field or applicable experience in lieu of education3+ years of experience in risk adjustmentLPN or RN strongly preferredMedical record collection experience strongly preferredPrevious leadership experience strongly preferredCPHQ certification strongly preferredPay Range: $67,400.00 - $121,300.00 per yearCentene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules.
