What you will be doing: You’ll be responsible for the supervision of senior officers, security guards, safety offer and drivers. Responsible for the management of center security which includes safety, fire protection, security, and transportation in compliance with government and management directives. 

 Essential duties:

Regularly assess and audit department for contractual compliance and quality of services to students, prepare audit and assessment reports.  Regularly inspect facility, maintain quality standards. Provide fire protection. Conduct frequent fire drills and inspections of the facility.  Coordinate with other center staff concerning security matters and conduct security related investigations. Ensure proper staff scheduling, vehicle dispatching and system evaluation to meet center requirements.  Maintain accurate records to support vehicle usage, mileage, gas consumption, etc.  Ensure the provision of proper safety equipment and accident reporting information. 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: 

Bachelor’s degree preferred and three (3) years experience required, one (1) of which must be in a supervisory capacity.   Experience with youth, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and computer proficiency required.  Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
