【職務内容】
医療機器メーカーの当社にて、病院の集中治療領域の部門に対しディスポーザブル血圧計カフ及び高機能ICUベッドの営業活動を担う。代理店を通じた営業活動も多く、周囲を巻き込みながら地域のリーダーとして活動を実施。
患者の回復はもちろん、医療従事者のワークフローもサポートするように設計された高機能ベッド、交差感染を予防するためのディスポーザブル血圧計カフの２つの製品を中心に営業活動を実施。国公立・私立の大学病院及び私立病院の集中治療室や救命救急センターへ営業活動を行い、看護師（師長・認定看護師）からドクターまで幅広い医療従事者へ向け、当社の強みを生かした課題解決提案を行い導入を促す。担当部門・エリアの目標・戦略・戦術を把握し、業績目標を達成。【求められる経験・スキル・知識】
医療機器の営業経験５年以上自社製品に関連する知識の習得意欲社内・業界の規則を遵守業界の商慣習･薬事法・業界動向・医療制度等の知識交渉力、分析力、論理的思考力、課題抽出力、計画策定＆実行力コミュニケーションスキル、プレゼンテーションスキル分析力、計画策定・実行力、コミュニケーションスキルReasonable Accommodations
