POSITION SUMMARY
This role will be reporting to the Media Sales Planning Manager and play a critical role in driving the initiatives of the Global Digital Platforms team through effective management with our key accounts and cross functional teams and leading education and awareness on digital programs. The main responsibilities will include leading key stakeholder projects with cross functional teams, maintain relationships with key accounts, while maintaining some campaign project management functions for key accounts. The individual will be responsible for understanding, utilizing, and improving processes for campaign planning, performance and communication. They will be the go-to resource for cross-functional teams, and this person will take the lead in training Sales and Campaign Planning members on updated tools, processes and best practices, empowering the organization to work efficiently and effectively. They will also be monitoring a range of digital advertisements aimed at generating demand for convenience store products and services, in alignment with the team's objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as the expert for the Sales and Campaign Planning Team, and cross functional teams, to continually refine processes to speed up efficiencies and improve accuracySupport Media Sales Planning Manager to monitor workflow and team capacityLead special projects and company initiatives Conduct consistent training courses to keep the team up to speed with best practices.The candidate will ensure the quality of digital campaigns by reviewing performance metrics, field issues and opportunities for improvementFacilitate conversations with Business Area and Head of Leads to improve ways of workingEffectively communicate campaign performance to business stakeholders.REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing, advertising, and 3+ years’ relevant experience preferredStrong leadership skills with the ability to build relationships cross-functionallyProblem-solving, analytical skills and resourcefulness; proactive, quick learnerSelf-starter who takes initiative with the ability to work in both a team environment and independentlySuperior time management and organizational skills as well as the capacity to manage workload peaks, multitasking and meeting tight deadlinesStrong customer service experience and the ability to foster relationships as necessary; flexible, patient, courteous, professionalExcellent written and verbal communications skills, including organization, interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in an atmosphere of change and innovationExperience with managing multiple business unitsProficiency in MS software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)Fluent in EnglishPHYSICAL DEMANDS:
