You motivate teams to meet accuracy, speed and volume performance goals. You ensure Sales Operations teams adhere to business rules and policies while evaluating procedures and providing improvement recommendations. You collaborate with teams in person and digitally within an office environment to provide exceptional client services to new and existing accounts.

WHAT OUR SALES OPERATIONS SUPERVISORS ENJOY MOST

Serve as the main point of contact for Sales Operations issues and research and recommend solutions.Collaborate with Sales leadership to ensure teams understand and comply with Sales policies and procedures while assisting with business plans and strategies. Identify and develop opportunities for improvement for Sales support.Recruit, hire, train and manage Sales Operations Specialist to exceed performance goals.Complete assigned special projects with duties that include data gathering, analysis planning, implementation and impact assessment.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM ENTERPRISE

Required Qualifications

Experience: Two years of management or coaching experience; Three years of project management experience; Five years of operations experience.Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of sales tools, CRM platforms and billing systems; Comprehensive understanding of inter-dependencies of the Sales organization; Proficient in Microsoft Office.Skills: Prioritization, organizational, community building, project management and English communication skills.Abilities:Self-motivated with the ability to work cross-functionally across organizations, disciplines and geographies.

Preferred Qualifications

One year of telecommunications industry experience.College coursework in a related field.
