How you will contribute to our magical experience?
The Supervisor, Sales & Retail, will join the team to analyze sales data from retailers and cross-reference it with data from licensees to identify growth opportunities in various segments and categories.
This role is essential for identifying growth opportunities, implementing brand strategies, and ensuring the presence and success of our products in the market. Their role is vital for maintaining operational efficiency and continuous growth of the company.
The Supervisor, Sales & Retail will be responsible for:
Interacts with all CPGP categories, creative and marketing teams to run information exchange.
Being in touch with marketing team to get all approvals when necessary.
Organize Disney Day, conventions for representatives and customers of distributors: Budgets, request for product samples, gifts, invitation and ecc.
Creation and sending project briefings.
Purchase order requests.
Make campaign presentations, project presentations and results.
Cross customers' registered products with unworked opportunities.
Track incentive campaigns by sending weekly communications and requesting reports monthly.
Monitoring and registration of post mortem projects.
Request, analysis and monitoring of the signing of contracts.
Analysis and monthly diagnosis of customers' inventory to create an action plan with the manager.
Manage some secondary accounts in retail to develop the new commercial vision and opportunities.
Responsible for reports and area updates to show all deliveries and projects in retail department.
What we need from you to be part of this story:
Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Software skills needed: MS Office Package (Excel Intermediate - Power Point Advanced).
Leadership, Training.
Previous experience dealing with trade marketing, project management, communication and publicity.
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication.
