Supervisor, Security Awareness and Training
Position Responsibilities:  Lead the design, implementation, and facilitation of the Cybersecurity Awareness and Training program for the Reyes Family of Businesses, fostering a robust Cybersecurity culture through various learning tools and training initiatives, with occasional travel requirements of up to 20% in North America and 5% globally Collaborate with business unit stakeholders to assess cybersecurity culture and posture, providing tailored training solutions based on analysis and risk profiles Support the development and execution of validation programs, such as phishing campaigns, to enhance cybersecurity posture Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methods to create engaging and effective cybersecurity training materials Facilitate interactive classes and programs that deliver valuable learning experiences for participants Measure training effectiveness and gather feedback to ensure alignment with business needs and improve future initiatives Other duties as assigned Required Education and Experience:  Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Cybersecurity, Education, Business) with 4 plus years of experience in Cybersecurity training or education, plus 0 to 1 plus years of supervisory experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 7 plus years of above listed experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree, with 1 to 2 plus years of supervisory experience Preferred Education and Experience:  Master’s Degree in Cybersecurity, Education, or a related area is desirable Relevant Cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISA, CompTIA Security+) are a plus Proficient in key instructional design tools such as PowerPoint and basic eLearning authoring tools Benefits At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees.
