FOX Security delivers comprehensive security services across our facilities and events worldwide. We are excited to expand our team by welcoming an organized, intuitive, and collaborative problem-solver who can excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

We are seeking a highly skilled, motivated Supervisor, Security Systems to join our team and play a vital role in maintaining the safety and security of our organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in security systems installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting, as well as a thorough understanding of security protocols and best practices.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

Install, configure, and maintain a variety of security systems, including CCTV cameras, access control systems, intrusion detection systems, and alarm systemsOversee external vendors and service providers for installation and maintenance of security systems equipment within the organization.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement security systems that meet the organization's requirements and industry standardsTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to security systems, including diagnosing hardware and software malfunctionsMaintain accurate documentation of security system configurations, installations, and updatesRespond to emergency situations and security breaches, providing immediate technical support and resolutionStay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in security systems and protocols

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

3+ years of proven experience as a Security Technician or similar role, with a strong background in security systems installation and maintenanceIn-depth knowledge of security system components, including CCTV cameras, access control panels, intrusion sensors, and alarm systemsFamiliarity with networking principles and protocols relevant to security systemsProficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and diagramsStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issuesExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholdersAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a teamDetail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and precision in all tasksPhysical ability to lift and move heavy equipment as required for installations and maintenance.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is: $55,500.00-77,500.00 annually for California. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
