Schedule: Primary day shift with occasional off-shift check-ins as needed with on call rotation. No holidays, no weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

Staff Management: Orient and evaluate staff annually, ensuring efficient workflow and timely communication. Operational Efficiency: Maintain optimal staffing levels and delegate responsibilities effectively. Performance Monitoring: Keep detailed records and reports for each staff member, addressing performance issues as needed. Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to maintain a focus on patient care and staff development. Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory requirements in radiology.
