Job Description

The Supervisor, Strategy selects media channels and programs for assigned clients based on the established strategic media approach, and with the input and expertise of cross-functional teams. You will lead projects from start to finish, maintain account flowcharts, and oversee the creation of traffic workbooks and creative asset trackers. You will report into the Associate Director, Strategy.

Knowledge

Pharma media experience, touching on a diverse set of conditions, disease states, and audiences (DTC, HCP, Payer)Familiarity the total marketing process and the strategic role of mediaUnderstanding of the role of media channels in a planExpertise in several media software, especially Tardiis and MediaToolsSelf-educates on PHM, Publicis Groupe, and client departments, capabilities and tools

Managing & Leading Others

Work with cross-functional teamsTrain junior-level Strategy team on tools and processesManage time and resources for direct reportsOn-boards new hiresParticipate in formal development process, including performance management, goal-setting, mid- and yearly reviews for direct reportsDevelop direct reportsParticipate in PHM's interviewing efforts

Strategy & Account Management

Prepare and compile multiple media plan and strategic presentationsPull through overall media strategy on deliverablesHelp VP, Strategy improve the planning processMay work across multiple accounts and campaignsCollaborate with internal cross-functional leaders to ensure strategic understanding of deliverables with client needsProvide input on media channel mix and initial budget allocation and rationaleEnsure media flowcharts match financial documentsOversee creation and management of Creative Asset TrackersQA's and guides Senior Associate on development of accurate traffic workbooksRepresent the interests of cross-functional teams in client and agency partner meetings where those teams are absentPush for continuous improvement of self, team, and client deliverablesContribute to new business efforts

Client Service

Build a daily relationship with appropriate clients on assigned brandsConvey excitement for client experience and their businessesProvide input to client to help shape their marketing prioritiesProvide outstanding client service

Education & Experience·3+ years media experience·Cross-channel media experience·Familiarity with standard media research and planning tools (e.g. Clear Decisions)·Pharmaceutical industry is desired·BA/BS; advanced degree

Compensation Range: $64,500- $93,000. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
