It’s that energy and spirit of innovation that allows us to create bold and meaningful “health media firsts” for our clients, and to do it all with #phmlove. **Overview** The Supervisor, Strategy & Activation (Stractivation) plays a pivotal role in planning and developing advertising media programs for assigned clients and in selecting optimal media channels and programs based on strategic media approaches. You will drive the planning process while overseeing full-cycle project management. The Supervisor manages campaign executions, builds and nurtures relationships with media partners, and begins to supervise senior associates. This position aims to drive media strategy excellence while fostering a deep understanding of the healthcare marketplace. You will report to the Associate Director, Strategy & Activation. This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in-office each week. If you are contacted for an interview, your recruiter will discuss specifics with you, inclusive of any necessary reasonable accommodations. **Responsibilities** **Strategic Media Planning & Execution** + Support the Associate Director or Director, Strategy & Activation by driving the media planning process + Drive RFP development, tactical plan presentations, and partner discussions. + Manage partner performance and program optimization + Oversee MLR program coordination and review. + Assist in partner negotiations. + Execute tasks such as creative asset specs workbooks, brand safety and ad verification monitoring, partner-level forecasting, launch communications, and media placement taxonomy configuration. + Provide input on media channel mix and initial budget allocation across multiple accounts and campaigns. + Understand the function of various media channels and their roles in an integrated plan. + Maintain account flowcharts and oversee the creation of traffic workbooks and creative asset trackers. **Leadership & Talent Development** + Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment + Train and mentor Senior Associates + Onboard and guide new hires; ensure their understanding of tools, processes, and best practices. + Participate in performance management, including goal setting and performance reviews **Client & Stakeholder Management** + Build and maintain daily client relationships + Collaborate with internal cross-functional leaders to ensure strategic alignment of deliverables with client needs. + Communicate effectively and proactively with clients through presentations, writing, and public speaking **Cross-Functional & Business Growth Contributions** + Collaborate with internal leaders to ensure seamless integration of media strategy across teams. + Contribute to new business efforts by providing strategic insights and expertise. + Stay informed on industry trends, PHM/Publicis Groupe capabilities, and emerging media opportunities. **Qualifications** + Minimum of 3+ years media planning experience + 0 -6 months of previous management or mentor experience + Experience with standard media research and planning tools + **HCP is Required** /Pharma media planning and media strategy experience **Additional information** Our Publicis Groupe motto “Viva La Différence” means we’re better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
