**Position Summary**
The Supervisor of Supply Operations is responsible for the daily leadership and management of the Supply Operations team and ensuring the team’s performance meets Maintenance’s material needs. The candidate must be available to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends to support supply operations.
**This position has an estimated duration of 24-36 months. Note that no relocation assistance is available for this position.**
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Assist manager in the successful operation of multiple Supply locations on a 24/7 basis, including meeting all required service levels to Maintenance and other internal customers.
+ Provide operational guidance to staff and ensure training and compliance with policies related to safety, security, dispatch reliability and according to regulatory requirements (e.g. FAA, DOT, IATA, Federal, State, and local).
+ Establish and maintain detailed working knowledge of all business systems, applicable to the operation of airline warehouse functions.
+ Implement continuous improvement in the Supply function as directed.
+ Participate in daily operations meeting and communicate status of department metrics and requested material.
+ Manage flow of materials and supplies, always determining the fastest and most economical means of transportation
+ Ensure expeditious receipt and distribution of operationally critical items.
+ Oversee the shipping of supplies to and from stations, vendors and international locations with the proper shipping documentations.
+ Oversee the physical receiving, binning and issuance of supplies and ensuring the accuracy of TRAX entries
+ Develop and ensure compliance of all material processes
+ Ensure proper communications are maintained with Maintenance, Purchasing & Repairs, and Material Planning.
+ Monitor and process as needed all expenditures, purchase orders and invoices within the established annual budget.
+ Develops and maintains strong Tech Ops and supplier relationships
+ Develop and maintain the Supply Operations procedures manual.
+ Collaborate with Inventory Control and Purchasing & Repairs team to expedite receipt and distribution of critical items.
+ Ensure accurate records are maintained.
+ Work with Engineering, Maintenance, Properties, etc. to develop short and long-term plans to satisfy material needs.
+ Identifies data systems requirements to support ongoing and future operation of warehousing and distribution.
+ Perform personnel functions, including optimizing manpower coverage/scheduling, tracking of sick calls, vacation, and payroll as needed to support supply management.
+ Give daily direction, shift planning guidance, as well as mentorship and coaching to Supply Leads to help them lead the team in meeting daily operational goals.
+ Other duties as assigned
**Minimum Requirements**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or relevant field and 2 years of supply-related experience OR 5 years of experience in operations in supply, warehouse, distribution, or related experience.
+ 1 year of supervisory or managerial experience
+ Strong process analysis and continuous improvement skills.
+ Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Self-directing, and ability to meet deadlines in dynamic environment.
+ Strong proficiency in Excel and other business/ERP/MRP systems
+ Must have a valid driver’s license
+ Must be able to obtain proper restricted area clearances (AOA, Customs).

_Please note that the provided salary information serves as a general guideline. Our salary is determined by a candidate's experience and qualifications as well as market and business considerations. The expected pay range is $81,600 - $116,500._
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Supply experience in the commercial airline industry
+ Lean, Six Sigma and/or process improvement experience
