What you will be doing: You’ll be responsible for the coordination of designated area of career technical training (CTT) in compliance with government and management directives. 

Essential functions: 

Ensure instructors have received the proper training regarding classroom instruction, shop, student, and equipment safety. Provide support with the center's workforce council organizations. Ensure all CTT offerings are teaching industry standards.  Conduct classroom observations to ensure full student engagement, use of the electronic TAR, and student demonstration of skills and proficiency.  Ensure class schedules and call sizes meet PRH requirements.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: 

Associate degree in associated field. Directly related experience may be considered in lieu of formal education if approved by management.  Three (3) years related experience, one (1) of which must be in a supervisor capacity.  Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
