40+ years serving the Sonoma County community near Santa RosaAdvanced diagnostic and therapeutic equipment including MRI, CT, Digital Radiography, Ultrasound, Endoscopy, and FluoroscopySpecialized services in Surgery, Neurology, Cardiology, Internal Medicine, and Emergency and Critical CareLeadership Role Overview: As Technician Supervisor, you will:
Oversee and mentor a team of veterinary techniciansEnsure high-quality patient care and client satisfactionCollaborate with veterinarians and hospital leadership to maintain operational excellenceDrive continuous improvement in technical skills and protocolsFoster a positive, supportive work environment that promotes professional growthKey Responsibilities:
Manage technician scheduling, including weekends and holidaysCoordinate with other supervisors to optimize patient careOversee technical procedures, including radiography, venipuncture, and emergency responseImplement and maintain quality control measures for technical servicesConduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team membersQualifications:
Registered Veterinary Technician (preferred or working towards)3+ years of veterinary experience, with demonstrated leadership skillsStrong organizational and communication abilitiesProficiency in veterinary software and technical equipmentAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 40 poundsWhat We Offer:
